Vintage 1990s Sega Genesis 2 Console (CONSOLE ONLY/ TESTED+ WORKS
Tested / working condition was stored in a box with plastic for years pretty clean and in pretty good condition. Because it was stored inside of the box it's not all caked with dust and dirt it's in pretty clean good working condition. I own a couple of these Sega consoles this one will be sold as the console only. One of my favorite consoles of all time I know I'm old school but this system is classic.
The product shown is a Sega Genesis Model 2 video game console. It was released in 1994 as a more compact and streamlined version of the original Sega Genesis.
The console is compatible with the Sega 32X and Sega CD add-ons.
It features a 16-bit processor and was a key competitor to the Super Nintendo Entertainment System during the "16-bit era" of gaming.
The Model 2 console outputs stereo sound through the back ports, unlike the original Model 1 which only did so through a headphone jack.
